Worldwide express shipping - delivered duty paid
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On the rare occasion an item is out of stock, you will be informed by email.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
All International orders are sent with DHL Express, all orders over 3000 NOK are free of shipping charges.
Norwegian DHL Express orders will be delivered within 1 day from the day you received your shipping confirmation, if you wish to have it sent for free you can opt to have it sent with the Norwegian postal service, at a slower delivery time.
Scandinavian DHL Express orders will be delivered within 1 day from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
European DHL Express orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
International DHL Express orders will be delivered within 3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance – customs rules make the importer (the buyer) responsible for these fees.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible and at the latest 3 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions. STUDIO EBN is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your goods as a result of errors or delays from the shipping provider. All orders are primarily shipped with DHL Express and will be delivered to your provided address.
In the exceptional case you have not received your order within 5 business days after it is dispatched, we ask that you contact our Customer Service ([email protected]) or use our contact form. Should you, in an unlikely event, not receive your goods, your payment will be refunded.
If you change your mind about an item you you have 14 days to notify us and return the order. To return an order please fill out this FORM and provide it with your package or contact our Customer Support ([email protected]) and await our reply. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:
Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.
Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
Send the package to STUDIO EBN, Kongens gate 21, 8006 Bodø.
The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches STUDIO EBN and you receive a delivery confirmation. Please note that we can exchange your items for another size or type if it is available in stock.
